-Service delivery (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) - contract performance): responding to your enquiries, providing consultations and family archive services, communicating with you.

-Service communications (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) - legitimate interests): sending important notices about service changes and security events.

-Newsletter (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) - consent): sending Mumgaudis House Legacy news by email - only with your explicit consent.

-Legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)): retaining accounting records, responding to lawful law enforcement requests.
